This includes real-time tracking and delivery updates, which allows you to monitor all deliveries and ensure they are delivered on time.
When a customer places an order, the order details are automatically sent to Dunzo's system via the API integration
Dunzo then assigns a delivery executive to pick up the order and deliver it to the customer
During the delivery process, you can track the status of the delivery in real-time via the Yeat app, which includes updates on the delivery executive's location and estimated delivery time
Once the delivery is complete, you receive delivery confirmation and can manage post-delivery operations like receiving feedback
